Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Not show any signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration by the customer.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received a different size than the one ordered.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Color variations caused by screen resolution, lighting, or photography.

  • Minor variations in stitching or finishing that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.

  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items, unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payments will be refunded through the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, including a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Zargul Collection will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In all other eligible cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Full Name

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product (where applicable)
