  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address and contact number are provided when placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with your tracking details, where applicable.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Refusal to accept the parcel.

The order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
